Your Holt Box Account

By registering and setting up a Holt Box Account, you certify that you are not using anyone else’s name, email address or password on sign up. Your details provided and updated are true, accurate, current and complete information in your Account at all times. You are responsible for maintaining / updating the details and subscription packs of your Account, and you accept responsibility for the activities that occur under your Account.
Selection and purchases of our subscription boxes and use of Holt Box Services are under your control in ‘My Account‘. Please, remember if you have any reason to believe that there has been any unauthorised access to your Account at any time, please change your password and contact us directly.

Your Contract

Holt Boxes provides subscription boxes featured and is only available through Holt Box Services including 3rd party Marketplaces (Amazon & eBay) but does not create the boxes or arrange for their delivery. Holt Box is responsible for sourcing the products and services in the subscriptions boxes and for the delivery to you.

By placing an order to purchase, you are making an offer to subscribe to that subscription box.

Auto-renew subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, your chosen subscription term (a rolling month to month) will automatically renew unless you actively cancel the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before it is due to renew.

Full price boxes when first purchasing a subscription will continue at this price unless you choose a different box before the deadline for that month

If you paid a discounted price (Voucher Codes) upon first purchase, you will be charged the full subscription rate upon renewal each month.

Leaving Holt Box

We hate to see you leave but is Holt Box isn’t for you, please let us know via your account or email before the renewal date that month.

Holt Box may, at its own discretion and without liability, terminate your Contract / Account or use of Services for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our Terms and Conditions.
